Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
At PlayOnlineZone, we value the trust of our players. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains under what circumstances entry fees are refundable, and how we process cancellations.
Refund Situations
- Match Cancelled: If a tournament is cancelled due to technical issues or insufficient players, the entry fee will be automatically refunded to the player’s wallet/UPI within 1 hour.
- Duplicate Payment: In case of duplicate payments, users must contact support. After verification, the extra amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
- Disqualified Players: Entry fees are not refundable if a player is disqualified for violating tournament rules.
- Voluntary Withdrawal: If a player leaves or fails to participate after joining, the entry fee is non-refundable.
How Refunds are Processed
Refunds are usually processed automatically to the original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Bank). In special cases, refunds may be credited to the PlayOnlineZone wallet for quicker processing.
