How pricing works
PlayOnlineZone charges entry fees only for paid tournaments. Entry fees vary by tournament type and prize pool. We also host free tournaments where no fee is required.

Important: Entry fees are collected to cover administration and prize distribution. Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a tournament has started. Please read the specific tournament rules before joining.
Fee details & payouts
We use Razorpay for secure payments. Entry fees collected are used for prize pools and operational costs. Winners are paid to their linked wallet/UPI within 24 hours after verification.
Refund & Cancellation
If a match is cancelled due to technical issues or insufficient players, entry fees are automatically refunded to the participant’s PlayOnlineZone wallet within 1 hour. For disputes, contact support with match ID.
